Horrible day..

I try to uber eats on the weekends because I feel like it's a good way to make extra money for the upcoming week....I will even do it during the week if time permits. I decided to uber today. I went to the chevron to get snacks for the day. It just so happened to have a McDonald's in it and wouldn't you know I had gotten a delivery request for 30$ I jumped on it cool that I was already there! I walked in to chevron and the protection fence was down so I went outside to go through the door. I was met by an employee grabbing the door saying that McDonald's was closed. I just sighed and said ok and began the process of canceling the order...it got canceled and I went and got my snacks and just started driving in the direction of fast food. The chime began going, you know what one, I accepted what turned out to be 2 shopping offers. One with 15 items and the other had 2. There were like 4-5 that needed substitution's. And a few had to be refunded. (I think we all know uber increases the cost of items) so I make sure to have everything separate.,I ironically both customers had the cube of Pepsi. Anyways I put the order with the most items first. Go to pay with the plus card and it declined! Ok 1, that's embarrassing but 2, now I need to contact support to figure out why and the line is growing as I'm waiting for the agent to text her script. She said that the total was more than what they allowed, I said that the items that were substituted were approved by the customer. She said that she was over riding the previous amount and ok-ing the increase in the total. I got off the phone and stood in line 4customers deep. Get to the checker, rerun the items and it declines again! So back to square one. This time I called support and talked to them verbally. This support person told me that I went over the allotment of funds. I again said all substituted were approved and she responded to remove the tortillas and try again. I asked her to stay on the phone with me jic it doesn't work. Lo and behold it worked! However the customer didn't get everything they wanted. I'm not sure if that counts against me. This was my first order where I didn't get everything and had to substitute. Dropped off the orders and waited for more orders. 2 came in for KFC. I go to KFC and pick up the orders confirm the pick up and headed to the first stop. Initially I will look at the address to see if I know where the drop off is like main streets and it just so happened I knew where the first drop off was. So I begin driving and all of a sudden the gps says in 100 feet drop off on the right, which turned out to be a church ....wait what??? I pull over and look at the map and sure enough drop off was on the right! But the street address was across town! So I begin contacting the customer asking for verification. The customer was unable to text effectively (I swear),misspelling words a lot of the text I had to guess what they were trying to say. Then they'd pause and not type anything! Omg...I was guessing their location. I knew uber doesn't allow veering to a location other then actual drop off for safety purposes. I just said I'm taking the food to the address it says.so I headed to that location then the person said it was at the building next to the store. So I turned around and went back to where there was a 711 then she said no she was at a convalescent hospital. That explains a lot, anyway so I'm on my way to the hospital now and then the 2nd customer was calling me. I apologized and said that there was a misunderstanding with the order previous to his and I'll be asap. I could tell he was upset and I didn't blame him. I continue to the hospital I pulled in the parking lot and all of a sudden I got a cancellation notice. Sigh, ok I don't blame him. I was feeling so bad.,I drop off the food with an orderly and complete the drop off get to my car and the 2 nd location was up with the gps! So he didn't cancel, she did! But oh well she got the food, I make it to the guys house which just so happened to be down the street from the church I was initially at. Had I been able to toggle between both places I could have dropped his off first. Anyway, I get to his house get ready to take the photo and the door opens. I said it again " I am so sorry " not a word. So I left and decided to go home because I needed to regroup and process what I had been through. I got a notification saying customer A sent a 7$ tip. Ok she really didn't have to imo. I'm glad she did though. My next notification was I was reported for not being the owner of my account. I had 2 complaints now...no doubt from customer B. The complaints were that the food was cold and I was unprofessional. I expect him to ask for it to be refunded. And I would gladly pay it. So i processed the events that I had just been through and foolishly decided to go back out for an hour. During all of this it's pouring rain as well...i go back out. Began thinking that uber isn't going to send me anything...just then I got a 20$ McDonald's order! Cool it's right down the street. I'm not going to mess this one up. Got to McDonald's and walk in soaked. I say I'm uber eats for a pick up the name is Maddy s. He gives me a funny look and asks for the number of the order and I show him my phone and he says we have had drivers come for that specific order all night and it doesn't exist, I'm sorry. Defeated. I should've known better. I seriously go above and beyond I think. I would have been upset if my order was late too. It wasn't my fault though (at least I don't think)? I already had a cancellation on me with the initial McDonald's that was closed. How is that my fault? Its uber sending me there. They should have an option to go to another place to complete the order. I took a screenshot of the map that had drop off at that church along with the address across town. I'm on door dash waiting list. I think I'm done with uber. Miles on my car, driving in the bad weather risking an accident only to be told that the order doesn't exist? Or uber gps has a mind of its own. I could've cancelled, but I didn't want another cancellation on my name. Now my rating has gone down to 90%....I swear I am traumatized...
