Tipping as a disabled Uber Eats customer

So I have a physical disability that makes it hard for me to cook or go out to pick up food from restaurants myself as many restaurants aren't wheelchair accessible. I have recently found myself more reliant on Uber Eats. For the past 2 weeks I've been placing a large ubereats order from whatever restaurant will offer the best promotion and freezing the food I get and eating it throughout the week. I used to rely on Meals on Wheels but honestly the food was borderline inedible (tastes like really bad hospital food). Given my physical disability it's impossible for me to work a full-time job so I have a bit of a side gig that I get some money from but I mainly on social assistance. So I understand for most people Uber Eats and take out in general is considered a luxury but for me it's more of a necessity because of my disability. So far I have been tipping at least what Uber Eats considers 10% or more of my order but I've heard from people that I'm tipping more than necessary. I understand drivers themselves don't make that much and I want to tip them fairly but I honestly don't have that much money. Also I know fully able-bodied people who work full-time well paying jobs that will simply just tip $2. I will always tip and I don't think I would ever tip that low but I think I've been tipping a bit more than my budget allows. Right now I'm tipping around 10 to $15 an order because that's Uber Eats considers 10% of my orders. So now that I've laid out my situation my question is: can the Uber Eats drivers on the sub tell me what's a good rule to follow when it comes to tipping given my situation?
