USCIS Elgin Lockbox

Filed I-485, I-765 and supporting docs and sent to the Elgin Lockbox on 12/18, delivered 12/20. Spouse of USC. I’m sure the holidays played a role in delays, but when should we expect USCIS to send an update, or at least receipt notice? Included the G-1145, but haven’t received anything yet.
