Cancelling subscriptions with my bank

Hey sorry not really too sure where to ask for help on this thought here might be my best shot. My girlfriend recently broke up with me and she has a network plan and Spotify subscription in her name and email but with my bank accounts being used as the payment, I’m with Lloyd’s and have had a look in the app and it’s not identified as a subscription in either cases and I am unsure on how to cancel the payments.
