GRE Scores

Hey guys, I just got my GRE scores back. I got decent scores on Verbal and Quantitative. But my AW was only 3. I want to know if there's a way to get separate scores on issue and argument back, and if better is there a way to receive a diagnose? I couldn't believe my AW was only 3, do you guys think it possible to earn more scores if I argue with ETS?
