Housing for fall 2018

I'm looking for a place to stay only for the fall semester as I will be graduating after that. I don't want to take a lease for an entire year and sublease it after I leave because I might be leaving the country after graduating. However I can't seem to find anyone subleasing apartments only for the fall. Any help would go a long way.
