However, it is much worse to live in a country where a group of only 3 judges can sentence you to pay thousands of dollars or even jail because you called someone ugly. I am not exaggerating!
All it takes is for a judge to claim that you offended someone's honor. And there is no way for you to prove that you did not offend because the law is vague
In Brazil any type of criticism can be criminalized (although the justice system here has strong woke biases and usually only one side is seen as the victim)
