STEM degrees

What are the best UWI STEM degrees that young adults should consider doing in Trinidad, if they want to be employed as soon as possible or in other words, are there any of those degrees that would be considered high in demand and what sort of jobs can you get with the degrees? More importantly, how much can you earn?
