Cleaning an enema bulb. Are they really safe?

So, ok, I'm thinking of buying an enema bulb for cleaning. The issue is that I always read that the enemas themselves are really hard to clean. You might be able to get soapy water inside them, but most of them are not transparent, so you can't really know if something is growing inside. And letting them completely dry is another huge issue.

Am I worrying too much about this? Maybe by getting soapy water inside them before each use, even if there was mold growing, that wouldn't matter because it would get ejected and killed there and then.

If it is something to keep in mind, please share transparent easy to clean bulbs 😅
