Did anyone else notice Topaz being demoted into T0.5 for some reason??

Putting her into the same Tier as March and Jade is kinda crazy imo. I feel like she deserved her spot in T0 but maybe Prydwen is planning on putting Tribbie there since she's also a dps? lol
