Language issues

I've just downloaded the game, the hud is on Portuguese (the language I intended) the subtitles are on Portuguese, and the game language is also set on Portuguese. However, when i select the game language to Portuguese, save and go back to the options section, it changes to another language. Usually Japanese or Polish. Then I open the game, and its on RUSSIAN. What is going on and how can I fix it?
