Can you make up your own university degree in Sweden?

I'd like to study in Sweden at a bachelors level and after some research I came across some information on Stockholm University's website about a subject. It basically said that for a bachelors degree you can also choose to study individual courses.

Does that mean that you can choose different courses and then create a degree with 180 credits? Will this "made up" degree hold the same academic value as a regular bachelors programme? How exactly does that work? Any insight is welcome.
