Unable to log into to website because of a passkey

I created a TikTok account and apparently when I created it, it was done with a passkey. I need to log in to the tik tok website though, to apply for the gaming program. The website doesn’t seem to support logging in this way. Deleting the passkey doesn’t give me the option to reset my password or create a password. Attempting to reset password from the website doesn’t ever send me the code. Support said that’s because it was first set up with a passkey. Can anyone help?
