One complaint about Penguin so far

So, no one in Penguins universe is like, "damn. Did yall see that dude dressed as a giant bat? Wtf are we gonna do about him? Shit, that was crazy. I know it's been a week and we already mentioned Riddler but like, wtf WAS THAT? We need to find him and kill him."
