Always bad things about teaching not enough good stuff

I like this sub a lot to hear stories and perspectives but the overwhelming majority is all negative posts about people leaving the profession. I 100% understand why people want to leave and why no one wants to become a teacher. However I’m very new into this career and I don’t plan to leave it (yes I know things change but I am pretty stubborn and set on my goals in teaching) and it’s draining to only see negative posts. I guess I wish there were positive posts or relatable ones like people who are venting but willing to stick it out or finding ways to make it work. Our profession is stressful and taxing and we deserve way more credit and pay than we receive!! But I’m here for the students and if everyone leaves teaching who will teach?

Anyways rant over idk if anyone else feels this way about this sub.

Update: clarifying: I don’t mean for anyone to post less venting, I just have a hard time finding the positive posts. I’ll absolutely post more positive things! I know negative posts are what you will see more often on positive but I want to clarify I see more posts about people leaving teaching specifically than anything else. I almost feel like this sub could be made into two separate subs. Which idk how you do that to make a sub sub Reddit?? But all the posts of people leaving is what is tough I guess. Thanks for all the comments and sorry for the bad grammar (not an English teacher lol) !
