A question for anyone else who has done person-centred therapy
How are you with putting things into practice?
Obviously the whole idea is that it's not structured and there isn't the anxiety inducing homework on top, but I do want to feel like my chats with my T are having the positive impact I want them to.
Chances are I don't recognise it when it does happen though. My T has herself said she's noticed a lot of improvement but there are times I feel like I'm going backwards.
I don't know if this is just my autistic brain and I'm missing something.
