Just frustrated. So I'm venting here

Been trying to max out all family perks for all family and it's frustrating. It's mostly victims rushing out and getting out so fast that and teammates. I'm so frustrated because I've had multiple games today where fusebox, battery and Gen have been turned on and off by victims less than 2 mins in a match. I know rushing is the best way to play victims but still I barely get any xp. It's getting to the point I don't enjoy playing family and instead beginning to prefer victim more. God I wish I don't need scout in order to be good. Without I have been infinitely looped. You know what sucks calling for teammates saying I need help over here and them never coming to help. Anyway I'm done venting I'm not calling for nerfs or buffs rn but just asking do yall get this frustrated too?
