Don’t listen to me. I’m dumb and this isn’t financial advice.

We already had so much cash and we did nothing with it. Now we are getting just a bit more. What is 400M to 4B? The only logical reasoning for this is a big move.

Unlike popcorn, our company doesn’t lose much money quarter after quarter. Also, RC has never cashed out or payed himself out in salary. RC has bought all his shares with his own money, has never sold, and doesn’t take any salary.

Dilution sucks, but there should be a point in it. For popcorn, it was to pay for their high quarterly losses and to get the executives rich. We know that’s not happening here, so why?

There must be a reason.
