OLED or LCD Which Would Be Smarter?

So, I currently own a Rog Ally X. It's nice I can say that much but I miss my old Steam Deck before it died on me. Like died died, not battery died. So, I am going to return my Rog to get my money back but also save for a move in a couple of months. Now, my question is should I get the LCD since it's cheaper and most of my games are on my laptop or should I go for the 512 GB OLED?? Thanks!
