Playing borrowed copy of owned game

Hypothetically, if I share my library to my friend, he will have access to a game. Let's imagine he starts playing on the borrowed copy that I own. Hypothetically, can I join, using a borrowed copy from ANOTHER account that game shares to ME, without using any other accounts?
