DLC Characters

Now, I don’t want rude responses when I ask this question…

BUT, will the DLC characters be available for Zeni? I’m not sure if DLC characters are only for purchase (I’m a new console player, having been a PC user for years. I was on around the time when everything was unlockable, lol. Promise I’m not an old fart)
