Ultimate edition disc redeem issues

Hi all,

Got my Ult edition copy from Best Buy today. I used the code for the Ult bonuses like Goku power pole and such (redeemed via psn), but there’s no Shenron bonuses, the early unlocked characters are blocked, and I don’t see Daima.

Can someone advise?
