Radical Highway S Rank HELP

I also have screenshots of this because that's insane I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to get S Rank on radical Highway act 1 without doom wings. My first best was 04:28.08 with 31 Rings and 38250 points and it gave me A rank on this (there was also written "next grade 🕓+ 00:01.41"). Now my new best is 04:08.88 with 43 rings and 39240 points and it gave me another A rank wtf why (it now says "next grade 🕓+ 00:26.66"). Is there something I'm doing wrong or something that I didn't understand about the Rank system? Please help me 🙏
