Suggest me which phone to buy

I want to buy a new phone that would last me a while and that's why i'm considering the S24U or the Iphone 16 PM...at 1TB each the prices from the local service providers in my country are as follows: 1900 USD for the Iphone and 1430 USD for the Samsung. I can afford both, but...is the ≈500 USD worth the investment? I am looking for opinions here in reddit, because i want to hear from actual users, not some reviewers who point out front the camera features only....thanks in advance! :)
