Crusher ANC 2 won't connect to Skull-IQ app

I just purchased my Crusher ANC 2s and was trying to set them up and can't get them to connect to the app. I've tried everything their FAQ suggested with no luck, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. Any help or ideas are appreciated.
