aging rapidly

I’m 22 and this is my skin😭 I just noticed the past 5 months that my skin has gotten progressively bad and I have all these lines and wrinkles that never existed before. I got my lip filler dissolved a month ago and not sure if that made it worse/could be part of the problem but if anyone has recommendations on how this can be reversed please let me know.
