Tips for settimg up my UDC save?

Hey guys. I would apreciate any tips for setting up my UDC save. I've downloaded all the mods and cc I need for now (I think). I created my founding couple and two side households (founding hubby's two sisters and their hubbies) and placed them in the world. I still need to adjust mccc for the custom ageing and fertility. I also need to do the side household pregnancy rolls. I was hoping for tips from you guys on what I'm missing/recommend doing before actually starting the challenge. Specific Questions: Any other adjustments for MCCC that you recomend? Any recs for building I should place in the world for the 1300s? Does anyone know of a good medieval cemetery on the gallery? Do you recommend using the royalty mod and if so how do you have it set up for ur challenge? Do you guys have any personal rules for your UDC's that you've added? Thanks to everyone who replies.
