I mean obv he couldn't remember him but can't he tell that he was the one who killed Harus which would also be an indication that he was with her all the time, also tell her indirectly about her second nm bye mentioning the stone saints by Nether and giving her a clue about daeron. He is not telling his identity to her so his clues couldn't be erased from her memories so Nephis could imply that she has a depper connection with him
