Why am I only disgusted by the healthy foods…

Is anyone else having the issue where food aversions are strongest towards the foods you SHOULD be eating?? Lately I’m having such a hard time getting enough protein largely due to being so disgusted by the high protein foods I can actually tolerate (eggs, egg whites, meat). I have a dairy allergy and am very sensitive to legumes so I need to get most of my protein from eggs and meat. Like today I made a scramble with two eggs and 1/3 cup of whites for about 23 grams protein - I had to force myself not to spit out every bite and still didn’t get it all down. I try to pack a salad for lunch with 3-4 oz of chicken but it’s all but impossible to choke down all of this chicken. Clearly this is not sustainable…. Haaaalllppp. I’ve already lost 4 lbs of muscle in 6 months (according to my Renpho, so take it with a grain of salt) and need to get the protein up!!!!

ETA: of course I have no issue or aversion to eating carbs :(
