What are these in my Sea Monkey’s tank??

Noticed clusters of these in the tank. I’m cut if they are eggs? Because I have a VARIETY of different sized sea monkeys in tank. They are all super active and seem to be thriving. When I was adding some water to the tank I noticed that there was these egg looking things floating (perhaps) at the top. Curious if this is a cause for concern or just a happy tank doing its thing?
