C2 Wanderer BiS?

I'm trying to get back into Genshin (haven't played since Sumeru 3.4), and I typically use my C2 Wanderer as my main DPS. With all the changes and new characters, artifacts, etc - what's the current BiS on a C2 Wanderer main DPS?

Is Wanderer still a strong DPS to build, is it worth it? What's his best team, what's the artifact set to run with him, etc? Thanks!
