No hotdog stands in DTSJ?

Hi all,

I was walking around downtown last night around 7PM(Sunday) and noticed that there weren’t the typical spots weren’t open. Is that normal or am I just mis-remembering? I saw one on Friday night but was just wondering that with all the ice raids going on, maybe they aren’t able to staff as many workers? Then again maybe I’m just getting their schedules all wrong.
