Places to study in night

I am looking for places that stay open late at night. Most libraries close by 7:00 PM or 9:00 PM, but I need a place where I can sit and study until around 2:00 AM. Are there any such options available?

PS : I can't study at my home because we have a single room and i live with my sister. She sleeps at around 10:00 PM.
