Ruby Dixon-verse questions

I’m looking for any experts on Ruby dixons universe to clarify some things 🙏🏻 For context I’ve read all of IPB, Icehome, corsairs, and risdaverse and have now just started the fire blood dragon series. So Q1. Is the fire blood series set in the same universe as IPB? Q2. I think in Daisys decision (icehome 15) is the first time we learn earth is no longer is there a book where there is more information on what happened there? I thought it kind of came out of nowhere and I don’t know what happened with that. Does it tie into the Rift in the fire blood series? If anyone can help thank you so much!
