Does Roadie deliver to apartments?

I live in a large apartment complex with a dedicated mailroom, and the Roadie driver wasn't able to deliver the package and didn't even try to contact me. Is this a one-off, or does Roadie only deliver to single family homes and townhouses? And how should I handle this situation in the future? I was thinking of asking the driver to meet up in person but I'm not sure if they'd be okay with that.

Edit: the mailroom is down an access road from the entrance of the community, if that makes a difference. But UPS, FedEx, and USPS use it all the time.
