Can't win kragg vs ranno matchup

Seriously getting tired of ranno, not fun to play against at all and it feels like everything he does is just a big fuck you to kraggs moves. His forward air can tap my shield and break piller (giving me only like 2 offstage options on pillar). His tounge is extremely safe and can be used to space camp on bigger maps. His frame data makes it really challenging to deal with constant pressure from the character, and I know people in the replys are going to say to "just parry" which while is a solution, it is an extremely tight window and missing one results in me gaining 40-50% off a bubble combo. Any advice appreciated but this is mostly a rant because its getting really frustrating.
