Desperately trying to leave my field

Long story short: I have been in education for 10 years; I am not a teacher, just your typical assistant, but I am burnt out and I want to leave. Desperately. I don't know how to make it look on my resume that I have skills that can be used other than classroom management and comforting kids. Help?
