Tiny bubbles in polish?

New mani last night, I tried out Mooncat’s Queen of the Dead for the first time and I LOVE it. It’s a beautiful berry red when warm and it’s so reactive! (bonus mani pics included lol) When I woke up this morning I noticed these tiny bubbles on all my nails. What’s up?? This is only my second time using this top coat, it’s the only one that doesn’t shrink on me, but it didn’t do this last time so idk if it’s that. Am I doing something wrong in the application?

• 1 coat KB Shimmer Fillin’ Groovy
• 2 coats Mooncat Queen of the Dead
• 1 coat Sally Hansen Quick Dri QDTC (red bottle)
