Crossplay is not working

So I’m trying to play with my homeboy and I keep trying to invite him but every time I try to invite I get stuck in some error code. I looked up the error code and it said it had something to do about WiFi. Me and his WiFi are like top tier. Is this on Ubisoft’s end? Please help we have been trying for hours.

P.S: I am on PS5 he is on PC
