Issues with joining my server

I keep getting this minecraft error com.google.common.util.concurrent.uncheckedexecutionexception:java.lang.illegalstateexception: recipe minecraft:shield (net.minecraft.item.crafting.shapedRecipes@61375dff) produces unregistered iteem minecraft:shield (net.mineceaft.item.Itemshield@5464aeec) and the error saying fatally missing register entries I have the mods on both the server side(I'm using a server hosting platform) and on the client side and I still get both issues
