In the Clouds Hair drop in T&B

So happy this was added back into the T&B shop. If it had been there before I would have it fully upgraded by now. I know other folks have talked about getting this hair and how!

Bug: Too bad the rucolor doesn't work though. I wanted to see how it looks. Has anyone sent the glitch to support? I saw the shoes yesterday and they worked fine!
