Activity ideas before a final goodbye?

Our baby boy, Franklin, is being put to sleep in 7 days after a long and hard fight with respiratory issues. Today we did banana pancakes with custard dipping sauce. Tomorrow we will be doing some finger painting with him so we can have something to remember him by.

Any other ideas to make his last few days fun and full of excitement? Nothing too stressful or active due to his breathing and weak hind legs. We have thought about him enjoy a little bit of pizza, some ice cream and/or some frosting off a donut a few hours before his ride to the vets as when he was younger he used to always give me puppy eyes for a bite when I was enjoying some. I think he deserves to know what it tastes like.
