Security guard

I’m interested in working as an armed guard for QT. (Direct, not contracted). I have a lot of experience in being a security guard, as well as some loss prevention jobs. I hold many certifications; CPR/AED/First-Aid, handcuff, baton, taser etc. I have my guard card too obv. But no military or LE background. I went to the QT careers website and it seems those things may be required. But I’ve also heard some people say that’s not always true. Any guards here than can give me some information? Thanks.
