optimizing an AMD 3900X for Proxmox.

Hi, Ive been running for few months a 3900x for Proxmox on a X570 board using ECO mode. Now I want to take the power consumption down if possible. And I'm wondering if there is any other alternative to using ECO mode, maybe undervolting?
