Lost baggage report date wrong
My luggage is delayed/lost and I filed a report. My flight was on Jan 05 from YOW to YEG. When I was filing the report I chose the date as Jan 5. Later I got an email confirmation from porter and it shows the Jan 05 date but when I check online with the reference number they gave, it shows the flight is Jan 04 instead. Is that supposed to happen? I tried calling the number they have on their website but its says over 2 hours wait time.
