2014 Cayman S PDK

Hey all, my apologies if this may be the wrong place to ask. I’m considering buying a 2014 Cayman S for around $30k. This particular car has 90k miles, GT2/4 style front fenders, a Cobb tune and a muffler delete (which sounds insane). I wasn’t considering a Porsche, as it seemed out of my budget, until a dealer I have a relationship with had just gotten one in. The test drive hooked me. They are planning to put on apex wheels (SM-10’s), some solid Kumho’s, and a set of H&R springs before I purchase it. This would make the total a little over $32k. I will likely be purchasing a solid extended warranty, but I’m nervous about the mileage. It doesn’t show much reported maintenance after 42k miles, as it was supposedly taken to a shop that doesn’t report (I’ve heard that before). Lastly, the car has been inspected by a very highly regarded independent Porsche tech, who personally told me it was a solid buy. I appreciate any advice and am happy to answer questions.
