Command Center from 10 to 30 in 24 Days?

I am aware of that you are facing such topics on Reddit but I have an offer for this game. If I reach CC 30 in 24 days (I am at 10 at the moment), I will be getting in-game currency in another game as 4.000USD worth. Currently I bought only army deal. My question is: Is it possible and how much would it cost if I go for it dedicated? I am also open for tips.
