Is the Philippines becoming more culturally "Asian" post-independence?

It is to my understanding that the Philippines' hispanic influence has rapidly decline post Spain and even more so after Spanish was removed from the 1987 constitution as an official language. American influence is strong in the form of the English language and "modernization" but nowadays the Philippines is also strengthening its integration with its neighbors via ASEAN, RCEP and its ever growing alliance with Japan.

The Philippines meanwhile barely has any cultural or economic contact with Latin America and Spain (Due to the language barrier) or the rest of the Anglosphere outside of the US. Due to the Halyu wave having long become mainstream in Filipino society as well as the internet giving the youth access to Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian popular culture, is it possible that the Philippines is rapidly reorienting its culture away from being "Westernized" due to colonialism and being "Orientalized" again? If so, in what forms do we see this orientalization of Filipino society? Nas nagiging Asian na ba tayo in a sense na aligned ang cultural tastes natin sa east kesa west?
