Down 11lbs, can’t see much of a difference! See description.

I started lifting weights and cleaning up my diet 3 months ago. I am 5’2” and down to 125lbs from 136lbs.

For the last 3 months I have been training 3 days a week doing 15 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights, 2-3 days per week. I also stopped eating out mostly, now I only eat out on special occasions or if I’m on a road trip. I also have not drank alcohol for about 3 years now. I never drank much before, so I don’t think I saw much of a difference with that.

I’m struggling to see the difference in my figure? Like I look smaller, but not as toned and thin as I was expecting? I do feel way better in every way, so it’s worth it.

Does anyone have tips?
