Oct to Jan Scale isn’t everything!

I’m 5’0 and went from 124.3 in the first pic to 125.1 in the second (though I’m bloated)

There’s such a huge visible difference but I didn’t really notice until I decided to take a picture!

This is just a reminder that even if you aren’t proud of your current body, you should still take full authentic progress pictures because if you stick to working out and eating clean, you will change and it’s nice to have a visible marker of where you originally started.
